Consulting
There is an old saying that you should do what you love, and the money will come. With that in mind, in 2009, I began my own strategic communications consulting business, the “Intersection of Online and Offline, LLC.” My clients include a major trade association in Washington, DC, a public affairs firm also in Washington as well as the world’s largest Internet company.
What do I do?
- Public affairs and grassroots consulting;
- Public relations audits;
- Strategic communications measurement;
- Online campaign development and measurement; and
- Other stuff – just ask.
How do I do it?
- I gather information – ask lots of questions.
- Determine what you want out of your communications campaign – to tell more widgets, or to change hearts and minds?
- Working with you, choose the best set of strategies and tactics that fit your goals and budget.
- Perform the project management and execution that the project requires.
- And the most important one of all – measurement. Cost per contact. Cost per message communicated. Return on investments. Actionable, measurable statistics.
