There is an old saying that you should do what you love, and the money will come.  With that in mind, in 2009, I began my own strategic communications consulting business, the “Intersection of Online and Offline, LLC.” My clients include a major trade association in Washington, DC, a public affairs firm also in Washington as well as the world’s largest Internet company.

What do I do?

  • And the most important one of all – measurement.  Cost per contact.  Cost per message communicated.  Return on investments.  Actionable, measurable statistics.
